SHIPPING POLICY FOR INDIA ORDERS

Processing Time: We aim to process and ship 100% of orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Shipping Time:

  • Standard Shipping: Orders are typically delivered within 3-7 business days, Monday to Friday, during regular seasons.

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track the shipment on the courier's website. If you do not receive this email, please reach out to our customer service team. You can also track your order by calling our order helpline at +91 8586969842 or emailing us at mail@dukaanji.com.

Delivery Costs: Shipping charges vary based on your product and amount. Please check the order summary during checkout to view the applicable delivery charges for each product.

Failed Delivery: If a package cannot be delivered due to reasons such as incorrect or incomplete address details, or if the recipient is unavailable to receive the package, it will be returned to the sender. In such cases, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the total amount refunded to the customer.

Our Delivery Partners: We work with several reliable delivery partners, including Shiprocket, DTDC, SmartShip, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, Shadowfax, and Ecom Express to ensure timely and safe delivery of your orders.

Upon receipt of Your Order: Please carefully inspect your package and the goods upon delivery. If the package appears damaged or incomplete, either refuse delivery or sign for it as "Damaged" and contact us immediately on the day of delivery.

Bank Holidays: Deliveries are not made on bank holidays. Orders placed during these periods will be delivered on the next working day.
